So in this video, I really want to share, we just done the first time squirting ever
G region and kind of mapping technique.
But what was really fascinating to me is that on this great mindfulness book, which we will
link on this video, talks a lot about instead of teaching someone to have more pleasure,
like accelerating, pressing on the gas on the car is really about letting go of the
brakes.
So I really want you to share your experience about when you were worrying about peeing
on me and you were too much liquid and all that feeling and sensation.
And then we kind of took a little break and I coach you do it.
Would you share a little bit of that experience with the audience?
Yes.
And I know that that's such a common thing from doing my own research and always wanting
to know like what kind of thing I'm capable of.
I didn't think I was ever capable of squirting in my life, especially because of having that
anxiety of having like, Oh shit, we need to stop because this isn't, this is like, doesn't
feel good.
I have to pee.
Like, yeah, this isn't a sec, you know, cause you don't associate having to pee usually
with, you know, being sexually aroused.
So you know, I guess usually mentally most women want to pump the brakes.
