We'll actually get a good arm workout today.

Because I'm going to show you one of my favorite ones that I love to do.

Maybe for this, let's start with...

Maybe 10.

This is going to be a solid weight to start with.

And I know it won't feel heavy.

I know it's not going to feel heavy.

So you're going to have...

Yep, because your shoulders are going to be back. Awesome.

You're going to have this arm. That's about the right amount of space. Exactly.

Yep, so this is going to be flexing. This is tight because you're contracting and holding that, right?

And same thing with that. So you bring this arm up.

So one. Slow. Yep.

Two. And you're going to hold it about there. Good.

And you can keep going down with this arm.

So that's two.

Three. Perfect.

Four. Perfect.

Five. Perfect.

Six. You're going to keep that space right here. Good.

Yep, now you're going to drop this arm.

So down. Squeeze.
