Hi lovelies! For those of you who are new here, my name is Jessa and I am a naked
yoga teacher, a blogger and a nudist. So today's video is about five tips to help
you get more comfortable in the nude. As you can imagine I get a lot of questions
about nudity and some of the more frequently asked questions I get are how
do I get more comfortable in the nude? And another thing I hear really
frequently is I would love to go to a nude beach or a nude resort or even one
of your naked yoga classes but I don't feel confident enough. So maybe either of
these ring true for you and if they do believe me you are not alone. So my
number one tip for those who are looking to get more comfortable with their own
nudity is to start small and to start in the home. So in this video I'm going
to be sharing with you all five tips to help you build more confidence, to help
transform the way you relate to your own nudity and your own body. And whether
you're looking to get into the nudist lifestyle, maybe you're looking to explore
social nudity or maybe you're someone that just wants to build more confidence
and to boost your self-esteem or maybe you're someone that just wants to stick
