Hey dear, I'm ready to do a short hair cardio.
So I usually start from a little stretching.
Some stretching for legs.
Yum, I think that's done.
So, let's make some openings.
Starting with our water.
I'm sweating a bit because even it's already sunset, it's still hot outside and it's
raining.
So, I gonna continue maybe with lungs.
So I'm gonna continue this purpose.
I'm starting to sweat and attracting insects flying around me.
It's pretty annoying.
Okay, so...
Oh my god, I'm dying.
Next part is legs.
It's so fucking hot in here.
because of my sickness I made like pretty long break about two weeks and
now I'm starting slowly to recover that's why I needed about four days to
shoot you like just full length and exercise I needed just some days to
prepare so I won't die in the middle of workouts
I think I still need time to do more practice
actually I like stretching part more than main
Actually I'm more into yoga because it always helps me to relieve stress and for some reason
I feel sometimes a bit stressed when I just do workouts without stretching part.
It's like when your muscles feel tight and you always need to push them.
I'm not sure you like my talking video or should I just stretch?
I'm flexible, usually than most of people.
