Alright, good morning everybody. Today I'm doing a program to another lady that's on
YouTube and I will put her her program in the link below. It's a really good
program to open up your shoulders. I found this when I was first started
working out and with correcting my posture you really have to start
getting your back twisting. So obviously this is not one for people that have
you know degenerative disc or back fusion. But if you don't have any of
those disabilities you can follow along. It's very very intense stretching so you
really have to work your body and stretch out. You have to go past what you're
comfortable with in order to get yourself to stretch out. So just go very
very slow with it. Just do what you can. Stop when you need to and start again. If
you do this program consistently for weeks you will notice a really big
difference in your body. It's just a really good program. So it's pretty
intense. Like I said just go slow with it. When you first the first time you do it
and it's been quite a while since I've done it so I'm gonna be probably in the
beginner stages again. I'm amazed at how you don't do it over time and then you
